Partner Factory Network

Beyond our three owned facilities, a network of qualified partner factories extends capacity across the remaining categories. Every partner is audited in person, starts with a trial order, and is reviewed quarterly against delivery, quality and responsiveness.

Every category is backed by at least five qualified suppliers. If one facility has an issue, backup is already in place.

Anything Leaves the Floor.

Different packaging fails in different ways. Glass fails on thread tolerance and annealing. Pouches fail on seal integrity and oxygen transmission. Paper fails on glue bond. One QC team applies the same standard across every category.

Critical dimensions measured against the approved drawing — thread pitch, neck finish, lid fit, wall thickness and stacking height.

Why it matters — a fraction of a millimetre off the neck finish is enough to break a filling line or a child-resistant closure.
