What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ for custom printed supplies starts at 1,000-5,000 units per SKU, depending on the item. Displays and signage have more flexible MOQs due to our in-house capabilities. We offer pilot runs of 1,000-3,000 units for new stores. For stock/unprinted items, there is no minimum.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sampling: 72 hours after artwork approval. Production: 2-3 weeks for standard orders, 1-2 weeks for rush orders. Ocean freight: 15-25 days to U.S. West Coast ports. Air freight: 5-7 days. We offer DDP door-to-door service with customs clearance and last-mile delivery included.
