First finished piece measured against the approved sample. Signed off or returned.
Inline Inspection
Random samples pulled during production. Defects caught here prevent larger losses downstream.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Full inspection of finished goods. Seals, child-resistant mechanisms, print quality — documented with photographs.
Post-Delivery Review
Follow-up after arrival. Any issues logged, resolved, and prevented on the next order.

A single shipping method applied to an entire order is inefficient. Some products are urgent, some are heavy, some are light but bulky. Each should be routed accordingly.

Urgent launch items are expedited. Standard restock travels by sea. You do not pay premium freight on inventory that can afford the transit time.
Actual weight and volumetric weight are calculated separately. Glass is dense. Paper boxes are light but occupy volume. We assign each SKU to the lane that prices it correctly.
ZIP code determines carrier selection. West Coast routes through Matson to Long Beach with truck delivery. Midwest moves by rail or direct to Chicago. East Coast may route all-water via Panama. We maintain relationships with multiple carriers and match the most efficient option to your destination.
→ One process: analysis by urgency, weight class, and destination → shipping plan → your approval → execution. No fixed formula. Applied judgment.
