Stock Sample
3–5 daysBlank cartridges in your chosen core and resistance — evaluate draw, fit, and finish on your oil before committing to branding.

7–12 daysProduction-representative sample with your colors, mouthpiece, and logo. Requires print setup and mouthpiece tooling.

Sample Credit
—Stock samples: small flat fee, credited on order. Branded samples: setup + tooling cost credited on first production order.
Branded cartridge sampling takes longer than stock samples because of print setup and mouthpiece tooling. These costs are fully credited when you proceed to production.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom cartridges?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 units per SKU for stock cartridges and 10,000 units for fully custom-branded cartridges. For new brands, we offer pilot runs starting at 2,000 units. Contact our team for a quote tailored to your launch.
What cartridge materials and cores do you offer?
We offer essential poly (cost-effective), classic glass (premium clarity), signature ceramic (enhanced flavor), and apex postless (maximum airflow) cartridges. Each core is matched to your oil viscosity and desired draw for optimal performance.
Can I customize resistance and threading?
Yes. We offer custom coil resistance (typically 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω, and custom values on request) and 510-thread compatibility. We can also produce cartridges to your exact dimensional and threading specifications for proprietary hardware.
How do you prevent cartridge leakage?
Every cartridge uses food-grade silicone seals with precision-fit threading, tested under both transport and in-use conditions. Batch-level leak and stress testing ensures consistent, leak-free reliability across your entire order.
Can you brand my cartridges with my logo?
Yes. We offer custom cartridge colors, custom mouthpiece styles, and printed or stamped branding directly on the cartridge body. Custom packaging to protect and present your branded cartridges is also available.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sampling: 72 hours after spec approval. Production: 2-3 weeks for standard orders, 1-2 weeks for rush orders. Ocean freight: 15-25 days to U.S. West Coast ports. Air freight: 5-7 days. We offer DDP door-to-door service.
