Our 1 Gram Mylar Bag is a food-grade barrier pouch built for single-gram retail. At 3.35" x 4.06" with a 1.57" gusset it stands upright on a counter rack, and the multi-layer PET/VMPET/PE construction blocks oxygen, moisture, and light so aroma stays sealed.
Small pouches are where sealing gets hard: a gram bag leaves only a few millimeters of margin, so the inner layer runs food-grade LLDPE with a metallocene heat seal that bonds at low temperature without scorching the film around it. That seal holds through the tear notch, so the pouch opens where it should rather than splitting down the side. Gravure or digital printing, up to 10 CMYK colors.
Because a gram bag is what a brand tests with, the minimum is 500 pieces per design, not a container load. Run three flavors of a new line at once, pack them as a sampler set, and reprint whichever one sells without committing to the other two. The CR option keeps the same pouch compliant across every state you ship to.
