Stock Sample
3–5 daysBlank cartridges in your chosen core and resistance — evaluate draw, fit, and finish on your oil before committing to branding.
Branded Sample
7–12 daysProduction-representative sample with your colors and logo. Requires print setup and tooling.
Sample Credit
—Stock samples: small flat fee. Branded samples: setup cost credited on first production order.
Branded battery sampling takes longer than stock samples because of print setup and housing tooling. These costs are fully credited when you proceed to production.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom vape batteries?
Our standard MOQ is 2,000 units for stock batteries and 5,000 units for custom-branded batteries. For new brands, we offer pilot runs starting at 500 units. Contact our team for a quote tailored to your launch.
What battery styles do you offer?
We offer auto-draw 510 pens, variable voltage batteries, push-button pens, and complete vape kits. All styles feature 510 universal threading and are compatible with all standard cartridges.
Are your batteries compliant and safe?
Yes. All batteries are CE / RoHS / FCC compliant and undergo battery safety testing, charge and discharge cycle testing, and overheating protection checks. Batch-level QC traceability is included with every order.
Can you customize the battery with my branding?
Yes. We offer custom colors and finishes, logo printing directly on the housing, and custom packaging. Complete kits can be branded end-to-end for a cohesive retail presentation.
How long does battery life last?
Our high-capacity lithium cells are engineered for all-day use. With smart power management and fast charging, most users get reliable, extended sessions before needing to recharge.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sampling: 72 hours after spec approval. Production: 2-3 weeks for standard orders, 1-2 weeks for rush orders. Ocean freight: 15-25 days to U.S. West Coast ports. Air freight: 5-7 days. We offer DDP door-to-door service.
