Concentrates Demand
More Than a Container
From shatter to live resin, concentrates are the most sensitive cannabis products. They degrade with heat, moisture, oxygen, and light — and require child-resistant, food-grade protection with precision containment.
Moisture & Oxygen Sensitivity
Concentrates degrade rapidly when exposed to air and moisture. High-barrier containers and airtight seals maintain potency and prevent terpene evaporation — critical for premium products.
Child-Resistant Compliance
Concentrates are high-potency and require stringent child-resistant packaging. Every container must meet ASTM D3475 and 16 CFR 1700 standards — non-negotiable in every regulated state.
Material Safety & Containment
Silicone and PTFE inserts protect sticky concentrates, while food-grade glass and plastic prevent contamination. Non-stick surfaces and precision fits keep products secure without residue loss.
Labeling & Compliance
Clear THC content, batch number, and universal symbols are regulatory must-haves. Label zones must be designed in, with room for state-specific warnings and dosing information.
Decade of Concentrate Packaging Engineering
We've spent 10 years solving concentrate-specific problems: non-stick insert design, airtight seal integrity, moisture barrier performance, and CR mechanisms for small high-potency formats — across shatter, wax, live resin, and rosin brands.
Concentrate Packaging Product Portfolio
Glass jars, puck containers, and rosin boxes for shatter, wax, live resin, and rosin — every product with food-grade materials, non-stick inserts, and full compliance documentation.

Concentrate Packaging Expertise
That Preserves Every Gram
From airtight seals to non-stick inserts, every concentrate container is engineered so all components work together from day one — quality control embedded on every production line.
Decade of Concentrate Packaging Engineering
10 years solving non-stick insert design, airtight seal integrity, moisture barrier performance, and CR mechanisms for small high-potency formats — concentrate-specific problems no general supplier understands.
Owned Manufacturing Network
Every format produced in our own facilities — glass jars, puck containers, and rosin boxes. No subcontracting, no middlemen, factory-direct food-grade pricing.
Compliance Built Into Design
CR mechanisms, label zones, and universal symbols engineered into the structural design — not added as an after-the-fact sticker. Every batch ships with full compliance documentation.
Complete System, One Manufacturer
One partner, one PO, one shipment, zero overhead. Every component of your concentrate packaging system works together because it was designed and manufactured together.
Concentrate Packaging — Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between concentrate packaging and other cannabis packaging?
Concentrate packaging involves fundamentally different engineering challenges: airtight seals that prevent moisture and oxygen degradation, non-stick silicone or PTFE inserts that protect sticky extracts, child-resistant mechanisms for high-potency formats, and food-grade material safety. Unlike flower, concentrates are highly sensitive and require precision containment.
Are your concentrate packages child-resistant (CR) certified?
Yes. All CR-certified concentrate products meet ASTM D3475 and 16 CFR 1700 child-resistant packaging standards, satisfying the requirements of all U.S. state cannabis regulations. Each production batch ships with a certificate of compliance and ASTM test documentation. We also support state-specific warning labels and THC universal symbol printing.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for concentrate packaging?
Standard MOQ for custom printed concentrate packaging starts at 1,000-5,000 units per SKU, depending on the format. Glass jars and puck containers have the most flexible MOQ due to our in-house capabilities. We offer pilot runs of 1,000-3,000 units for new brands testing the market. For stock/unprinted items, there is no minimum.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sampling: 72 hours after artwork approval. Production: 2-3 weeks for standard orders, 1-2 weeks for rush orders. Ocean freight: 15-25 days to U.S. West Coast ports. Air freight: 5-7 days. We offer DDP door-to-door service with customs clearance and last-mile delivery included.
What inserts and materials do you offer for concentrates?
We offer food-grade silicone and PTFE non-stick inserts for shatter, wax, and live resin, precision-fit glass and plastic containers, and airtight seals validated for moisture and oxygen resistance. All materials are FDA food-grade and tested to prevent contamination and residue loss.
How do you keep concentrates fresh and potent during storage?
We use high-barrier, airtight containers with moisture and oxygen protection that maintains potency and preserves terpenes across extended storage. Food-grade materials prevent chemical interaction, and non-stick inserts ensure no product is lost. All designs are validated with barrier and storage testing before mass production.
