Are your packaging products child-resistant (CR) certified?
Yes. Our CR-certified products meet ASTM D3475 and 16 CFR 1700 child-resistant packaging standards, which satisfy the requirements of all U.S. state cannabis regulations (CA, CO, OR, WA, NY, MI, IL, MA, and others). Each production batch ships with a certificate of compliance and ASTM test documentation.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ for custom printed packaging starts at 1,000-5,000 units per SKU, depending on the format. For stock/unprinted items, there is no minimum. We offer pilot runs of 1,000-3,000 units for new brands testing the market. Mylar bags have the most flexible MOQ due to digital printing capabilities.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sampling: 72 hours after artwork approval. Production: 2-3 weeks for standard orders, 1-2 weeks for rush orders (rush fee applies). Ocean freight: 15-25 days to U.S. West Coast ports. Air freight: 5-7 days. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service that handles customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
Can you help with packaging design and artwork?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team provides free dieline creation, 3D digital mockups, and structural design support. We can work from your existing artwork files or help you develop new packaging designs. Pre-production physical samples are available for review before mass production begins.
How do you ensure consistent quality across production batches?
Quality control is built into our factory-direct model. Each production batch undergoes: incoming material inspection, in-process QC checks, CR mechanism function testing, print quality and color matching verification, and final pre-shipment inspection. All results are documented in a batch-level QC report shipped with every order.
