What is the MOQ for custom decorated glass jars?
MOQ for custom glass jars starts at 3,000 units per SKU. For stock/unprinted jars, no minimum. Concentrate jars (1-15ml) have a lower MOQ of 1,000 units per SKU. You can mix multiple SKUs in one order to reach the total MOQ.
Do you offer UV-protective black glass for concentrates?
Yes. Our black UV-protective glass jars block visible and UV light to preserve terpene profiles and potency. Available in sizes from 5ml (concentrates) to 100g (flower). The opaque finish also provides a premium, high-end brand aesthetic popular in the rosin and live resin markets.
How do you prevent glass breakage during shipping?
All glass jars are packed with custom foam dividers or honeycomb cardboard inserts in double-wall corrugated cartons. Each jar is individually separated to prevent glass-to-glass contact. We ship with a <0.5% breakage guarantee. Any breakage above 0.5% is replaced at our cost.
What decoration methods work on glass vs. plastic jars?
Glass: silk screen printing (1-3 colors), hot stamping (gold/silver foil), spray coating (matte, soft-touch, gradient), pad printing for curved surfaces. Plastic: silk screen, hot stamping, in-mold labeling, shrink sleeve labels. Both materials support factory-applied custom labels (die-cut, waterproof).
Are your jars child-resistant (CR) certified?
Yes. All CR-certified jars meet ASTM D3475 and 16 CFR 1700 child-resistant packaging standards, satisfying the requirements of all U.S. state cannabis regulations. Each production batch ships with a certificate of compliance and ASTM test documentation.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sampling: 72 hours after artwork approval. Production: 2-3 weeks for standard orders, 1-2 weeks for rush orders. Ocean freight: 15-25 days to U.S. West Coast ports. Air freight: 5-7 days. We offer DDP door-to-door service with customs clearance and last-mile delivery included.
