Each production batch ships with a certificate of compliance and ASTM test documentation. We also track state-specific vape regulations — including battery transport requirements and exit bag rules — and advise on format selection accordingly.
Standard MOQ for custom printed vape packaging starts at 1,000-5,000 units per SKU, depending on the format. 510 cartridge boxes and AIO pen boxes have the most flexible MOQ due to our in-house digital die-cutting capabilities. We offer pilot runs of 1,000-3,000 units for new brands testing the market. For stock/unprinted items, there is no minimum.
